HI-TEMP GREASE
  • NEVER MELTS
  • EXTREME PRESSURE QUALITIES
  • REDUCES CONSUMPTION
  • RESISTS MOISTURE
  • ADHESIVE
  • VERSATILE

An ordinary grease did not provide adequate lubrication under heated conditions.
Proper lubrication with HI-TEMP reduces wear and friction, helping to increase the "life span" of lubricated parts.
Formulated to be used at elevated temperatures where soap base greases are not suitable, it can save untold dollars in maintenance and replacement costs. Longer periods of uninterrupted production can provide increased savings.

Never Melts

Never melts - - even when subjected to high temperatures. Lubricates properly under elevated temperatures, as well as normal operating temperatures. As temperatures become excessive, the outside layers of oil begin to volatilize instead of the grease melting - - the inner layers hold intact, retaining their lubricating qualities. Under continuous high temperatures, periodic flushing with HI-TEMP helps keep bearings in good operating condition.

Extreme Pressure Qualities

Testing procedures confirm HI-TEMP passing a full 55 pound Timken OK Load Test . . . additional protection to help reduce downtime to a minimum.
Reduces Consumption

As a non-melting grease, it stays where you put it, preventing metal-to-metal contact during operation. Helps eliminate galling, scoring or welding of bearing surface.

Resists Moisture

Protects against moisture problems and has good water-resistant qualities. Tends to seal itself in the bearings, thus sealing out damaging dirt and moisture. With the use of HI-TEMP, there's no worry of rust and corrosion wearing away metal parts and adding up repair bills unnecessarily!

Adhesive

Clings tenaciously to metal surfaces providing an added film of protection. No "bare spots" will be encountered on metal surfaces . . . proper film lubrication can be depended upon at all times. The adhesive property helps to reduce friction between metal parts, therefore reducing wear and repair bills!

Versatile

High temperature grease which blends quality with versatility. In normal applications it is particularly well-suited to annular bearings. Where excessive heat exists, it does a superior job of lubricating ball, roller, and annular bearings. The list of HI-TEMP users ranges from farmers to earthmoving contractors . . . from brick and tile factories to industrial plants . . . from construction firms to refineries.
